🎤 PSLE Oral · English · 华文 · Bahasa · தமிழ் · हिन्दी

The oral exam,
practised out loud.

Your child reads aloud and talks to an AI examiner. We score it against the real PSLE rubric, name the exact sound they got wrong, and show their own answer — said better. In five languages, including the Tamil oral coach nobody else built.

Oral is 15% of the PSLE mark for each language — and the component families practise least, because it needs someone to listen.

Talk about our school’s new recycling programme.

The middle sound was rushed — say it as re-cy-cling, and keep “cy” clear.

Your answer, said better

You said: “I helped him pick up the books and told the teacher.”

“I think helping him was the right thing to do, because he might have felt embarrassed. For example, I picked up the books first, asked if he was hurt, then told the teacher.”

What your child actually gets

Every session mirrors the real PSLE oral format — and every session is scored.

📖

Reading Aloud — scored to the mark

Your child reads a PSLE-style passage aloud. We score pronunciation, accuracy, fluency and expression — then convert it into the mark the exam actually gives (English /15, Mother Tongue /20), not a meaningless "82/100".

🎯

It tells you WHICH sound was wrong

Not just "that word was unclear". We name the syllable: “recycling — the middle sound was rushed. Say it as re-cy-cling, and keep ‘cy’ clear.” Tap any word in the passage to see exactly what to fix.

💬

A conversation that adapts

English uses a live photo; Mother Tongue uses a video clip — the 2026 format. Mei asks three questions and follows up on what your child actually said. No script, no memorising.

“Your answer, said better”

The bit that teaches. We take your child’s own weakest answer and rebuild it — keeping their idea and their experience — showing Point, Reason and Example side by side with what they really said. A model answer they can copy is worth far less than their answer, improved.

📈

A projected oral score

One number: how they are tracking for the oral, blending reading and conversation the way the real paper weights them. “Exam ready” only lights up when both halves are strong — because a child who has only ever read aloud is not ready.

🔁

Every attempt is kept

Reading history, conversation history, band by band. You can see the improvement instead of taking our word for it.

Five languages. Real MOE weights.

Most oral apps do English, and maybe Chinese. Your child’s mother tongue counts just as much.

You don’t need to speak the language to help

Oral is the component parents feel least able to coach — especially in a mother tongue they don’t speak fluently. JinBoost gives you the score, the band, and the one specific thing to fix, in plain English. Every attempt is kept, so you can see progress rather than hope for it.

  • A projected oral score you can actually read
  • Reading and conversation history, band by band
  • The exact words to practise before the exam
  • No microphone anxiety — they can retry as often as they like
